These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AEO God Mode website (aeogodmode.io) and the AEO God Mode WordPress plugin ("the Plugin"). The Plugin and website are operated by Cyber Phoenix Ltd, registered in England & Wales ("we", "us", "our").
Using our website or downloading/purchasing the Plugin constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
The free version of AEO God Mode is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2+). You may use, modify, and redistribute it in accordance with that license. The free version includes: AI Crawler Allowlist, llms.txt Generator, Schema Engine, Content Gap Scanner, Schema Validator, Conflict Scanner, and Setup Wizard.
The Pro version adds: Citation Tracker, AI Referral Traffic, Citability Score, E-E-A-T Author Profiles, and Google Search Console integration. A Pro license grants you:
Pro features will continue to function after license expiry, but you will not receive updates or support until renewed.
Agency licenses allow use on multiple sites as specified in the plan. Each activation counts as one site. Contact us to discuss custom agency arrangements.
All payments are processed by Stripe through Easy Digital Downloads. Prices are listed in USD and GBP. All transactions are final once processed, subject to our refund policy below.
We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Pro version, contact support@aeogodmode.io within 14 days for a full refund. No reason required.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. We may offer partial refunds or credits for unused portions of annual licenses.
Certain Pro features (Citation Tracker, Google Search Console) require you to provide your own third-party API keys. You are responsible for:
We encrypt API keys at rest using AES-256-CBC with your WordPress security salts. We do not access, read, or transmit your API keys to any server except the intended API provider.
Our use and handling of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Plugin data is stored in your WordPress database, on your server. We do not receive or store your site's data except for license validation (which transmits only your license key, site URL, and plugin version).

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
In no event shall Cyber Phoenix Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Plugin or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Free version support is provided via our documentation and community resources. Pro license holders receive email support at support@aeogodmode.io with a target response time of 2 business days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to active Pro license holders.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
