Common pricing questions

Can I start with the free version?
Yes. The free Core version includes the full AEO foundation: AI crawler management, llms.txt, answer.json, sitemap.json, schema engine, content gap scanner, and schema validator. No account required. Install on as many sites as you like.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processor. Annual plans include 2 months free.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Core to Pro or Agency at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No data is lost when switching plans.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
What happens if my license expires?
Pro features remain active for a short grace period. After that, the plugin reverts to the free feature set. Your site continues working, and no data is lost. Renew any time to restore Pro.
Can I move my license to a different site?
Yes. Deactivate your license from the current site in the plugin settings, then activate it on the new site. The activation slot frees up immediately.
