Traditional SEO scores measure keyword density and readability. The AEO score measures the signals that AI answer engines use to decide whether to cite your content: structured data coverage, content depth, FAQ patterns, meta descriptions, and more.
These are not arbitrary metrics. Each criterion corresponds to a specific signal that determines whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, or other answer engines can find, understand, and cite your content.
The score weights each check and produces a single 0-100 number. Pass all 11 checks and you are fully optimized for AI visibility. Fail critical ones and your content stays invisible to answer engines.
